  Had planned on only getting a tune up, but once Michael started doing his inspection he found a couple of bad rollers and a cable that was starting to shred. Also found that the chain rail was coming loose. Replaced two bad rollers, both cables and fastened the chain rail back to the mounting block. Lubricated all the rollers, springs, bearings and the hinges. Very thorough job, highly recommend A1 Garage Door Service.

  A1 was the fourth company I called. The garage door would not open (4pm) and I needed to have repairs done that night. So I called for emergency service and I knew going in that I would pay a high premium. Aaron did an excellent job and explained everything. The price still "stung" but I knew that going in. I have no right to complain, but I still feel it was overpriced.

  I had Raymond Pooler come out to my house last Friday to do a general look over on both my doors. Raymond was awesome. He took a ton of time to teach me about my doors, how to keep them working in the future, and a ton of general info I didn’t even know I needed to understand about my doors. From what I can tell, he is very good at his job, and I was very satisfied with his work. Even more importantly in my opinion, he seems like a great human that generally cares about people. My wife and I plan to get new doors possibly this summer or fall, and will absolutely be requesting that Raymond is the one that comes back. He deserves a raise, or at least a strong pat on the back. I had a wonderful experience with A1, starting with Rose on the phone, and ending with Raymond in person. Way to go. 👍

  We had them come out and put in a new garage door opener. We had Aaron and he did an outstanding job from start to finish! He came back twice to check on it and did not leave until he was sure everything was working perfectly and that we were 100% satisfied! His customer service and care was above and beyond! He was not pushy and he explained everything so well to us! If you need a garage door repaired or replaced Aaron is your guy!!! I would give him 1000 stars!!!!!!
