  A company that could benefit from taking a customer service class. Stay away unless it’s an absolute last resort.

  Editing to add: Since Maxwell has replied with no apology ("sorry you feel that way" is not an apology, nor good customer service), I called at 4:18 PM, not 4:30 PM, check your logs. I was not expecting anyone to come out immediately, I stated I was fine with waiting until whatever day was available. And I answered her question of "why didn't you call sooner" (which is not their business or a question that needs to be asked) with the fact that there was no way for anyone to access the house until that point, since the key was up North with us until that very moment I called. Earth Energy called me on Tuesday but did not access the inside of the house at that time. Maxwell should change their business hours if their excuse for 'frustration' is calling at 4:18 PM with no expectation of immediate service, just asking questions after being referred to them. _ I am completely appalled by the way I was spoken to by the woman over the phone when I called about my broken furnace. She was accusatory and stated “well, why wouldn’t you call sooner?” And “why would Earth Energy say that?” She also told me how my pipes are going to burst, etc - yes, whole reason why I am calling. Incredibly rude and belittling.

  Tom from Maxwell came out 3 weeks ago, came up with a plan to change my venting. Never heard back after numerous texts to Tom nor after numerous calls to office which were never returned. Terrible service.

  Working with Maxwell Heating and Cooling has been a very positive experience. They are prompt, professional and comprehensive. Recently, Maxwell’s replaced the motor in our Venmar, added dampers to the HVAC, swapped-out a fireplace thermostat, and provided preventative maintenance on the furnace and air conditioner. They pay close attention to detail and make every effort to satisfy the needs of the customer.
