- AKAnn C. KaestnerOct 18, 20251.0Initially the 2 person crew( one was obviously being trained) came out to our house, but we did not receive a phone call first as we had requested. Both springs need to be replaced. Since that unannounced visit, we have repeatedly called stating that the temporary fix to the spring did not work and my husband is forced to lift the double heavy door manually and brace it with a 2x8. We are both over 75 years old and this lack of service is terrible! All we get are promises that someone will come soon to install new springs. Apparently “soon” means “in the far future”!
