We called around 8:00 AM, and the phone was answered promptly. They scheduled us right away, and a technician arrived within a couple of hours and fixed the door quickly. We were surprised at how fast they came and resolved our issue! We highly recommend EZ Glide—they were great! Thank you!
- ALal lembckeJan 14, 20261.0called on 1/8/26 am. for service on a garage door that would not close and was told serviceman would be there that afternoon, no one showed up or called. called again the next am. and was told serviceman would be there that afternoon. He did show up but I was told he did not have parts to fix problem and to call back on 1/12/26 for new appt. called 1/12/26 in the am. to see if someone was coming back to fix my door. I was told my job was not on the schedule and did not know when it would be scheduled, possibly in a day or 2. On 1/14/26 I called to cancel the service call and was told i was being unreasonable and that I was NOT THEIR ONLY CUSTOMER. 6 days waiting for a garage door to be repaired, no communication from the company except what I initiated to find out what was going on and I'm the one whose being unreasonable. This company doesn't deserve any stars. I called a different company that showed up within an hour of calling them. They had the parts on the truck and had the door fixed all before 11 am. the same day that I canceled the service call from ez-glide.
