Didn't try to upsell me to the most expensive option. Got up on the roof and took pictures to show me all the issues they found. When I committed to them, they gave me an install date and showed up as promised. Stripped a metal roof and shingled it in a single day with a large crew. Spotless cleanup after the work was done. Great communications. Knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend them.

They use the "Arctic Steamer" machine which is the safest method to remove such dams, applying low pressure water and steam to cut through and under the dams so they can be removed in pieces. Owner Josh Hunt is great with communication and quick responses, and treats his customers with integrity and care. He provides a wide variety of services and covers a large area. When it comes to Roofing, Chimney, Masonry and Ice removal services this is a good business to seek help from with solid work guarantees and product warranties.
