That he used overly technical jargon and then would ask her “do you know what that means?” Then the pricing for replacing a bathtub and surround only: $16,000. Given the lack of respect, high pressure sales techniques, and an astronomically high estimate, we will be taking our business elsewhere. Deeply disappointed that my wife couldn’t be spoken to in a respectful manner and that the salesman was very determined to try and undermine her confidence to make a sale.
