- MMMichelle Molczan1 day ago1.0RUN, don’t walk away. For 2 years I’ve been trying to get them to make replacement windows right. At least 13 contacts, appointments. Air leaks and ice build up I’m told by Mad City is normal. They refuse to make it right… they are not guaranteed!
