Within about an hour there was someone at our door to tell us it happened and to apologize. Today, it was already fixed. While I was annoyed to realize what had happened, I was extremely impressed by how well they handled it.

When I walked in, she was on the phone and gave me an angry look, pointing to another office. I went to that office and spoke with another worker. She told me to weigh my car on their scale and said a ticket would print out. If it didn’t, I should come back for help. I weighed my car, but no ticket came out. I went back to explain this to the receptionist. She yelled at me for no reason, saying that if I had been paying attention and was listening, I would have done it right. She asked me what kind of trash I dumped, and I told her. Then she yelled again, saying I should have told them what type of trash I had before dumping it, and she charged me an extra $50. They didn’t even tell me this when I arrived. If this is how their receptionist treats first-time customers, I will not use their service again and will tell others not to use it either.
