- MGMark GenacFeb 20, 20261.0Awful. They dropped the dumpster so close to house you can’t open the door. It’s a 40 yard with 8ft walls. They dropped it off on Tuesday. They told me today they are gonna get out there Monday to move it. I been asking them since Wednesday night. No show Thursday or Friday and wouldn’t do it Saturday cause they don’t offer that service. An entire basement needs to be gutted and remove the wet stuff as a pipe broke inside. So can’t use it and they are doing nothing to get someone out to move it still. Unacceptable

Within about an hour there was someone at our door to tell us it happened and to apologize. Today, it was already fixed. While I was annoyed to realize what had happened, I was extremely impressed by how well they handled it.
- RCRandy CrafmenSep 25, 20251.0This was my first time using their service to throw away some garbage. The receptionist, an large older woman in her 50s, was very unfriendly. When I walked in, she was on the phone and gave me an angry look, pointing to another office. I went to that office and spoke with another worker. She told me to weigh my car on their scale and said a ticket would print out. If it didn’t, I should come back for help. I weighed my car, but no ticket came out. I went back to explain this to the receptionist. She yelled at me for no reason, saying that if I had been paying attention and was listening, I would have done it right. She asked me what kind of trash I dumped, and I told her. Then she yelled again, saying I should have told them what type of trash I had before dumping it, and she charged me an extra $50. They didn’t even tell me this when I arrived. If this is how their receptionist treats first-time customers, I will not use their service again and will tell others not to use it either.
