If there is ever a problem they always stand behind their work. Even when super busy they always make time to get needed repairs done in a timely manner.

We had a service call to check out why our furnace wasn't running diagnosed it & stated we needed a new furnace, didn't even look at the A/C unit but said that needed to be replaced as well as our thermostat. All I was looking for was insight on my furnace not a whole new setup! Sent me a quote of $14,000 with no context, absolutely insane when all I needed was help with my furnace. So I pay the service fee and took my business elsewhere for a new install. Stop trying to sell a whole system when only the furnace isn't working! Edit to add the update from 2⭐ to 4⭐, as Sawyer from Bob's quality called & was very kind and understanding, very apologetic for our experience. When we have others working for our business we need the feedback or we can't fix what we don't know is happening.

Reasonable price, fast service.That’s why we only go to Bob’s, we expect quality and we get it. Thanks! You guys are awesome!

I did see where I had a call from a Wells, around 8:00, but there was no voicemail. I had to clean up around the furnace, and then they were able to get in there to do their job. Not really talkative, but he did let me know that everything looked good except for the exhaust fan making noise.
