  My garage door stopped working on Saturday, giving me blinking lights. I tried aligning by myself and tinkering with it, no luck. I call Sunday and they were able to fit me in on Tuesday, very quick turnaround time. They were very cordial, polite, and communicative. Tim was one of the guys, I forgot the other I apologize. $95 for a service call which included them re-splicing some wires, lubricating all gears and chains, and inspecting the entire door. Most importantly, they did not try to upsell me on anything else. Would highly recommend.

  Was able to schedule me the same day that my opener stopped working. A little vague on some details, but while they were there they serviced my other door as well, which I appreciated huge. Everything is working great - thank you

  7 AM on Tues morning--going to Madison for the day-- freezing cold out--- back out of garage and push the button in my car to close the garage door. The door closes and then goes back up--- and down and up and down! Supposed to have snow showers. Couldn't leave town w/garage door wide open! Called A and R about 7:30 AM. Spoke to Avery nice man. He said they would send someone else between 10 and 12. 11:50 I got a call saying they would be at my house in 10 min. They came (2 guys) They checked it out, said I need a new garage door opener system. Mine was 28 yrs old!! The guys put a new one in. They were great! Left about 1:30. Nice guys and very efficient. Thank you sooooo much!!!
