- NDNancy DykeDec 30, 20255.07 AM on Tues morning--going to Madison for the day-- freezing cold out--- back out of garage and push the button in my car to close the garage door. The door closes and then goes back up--- and down and up and down! Supposed to have snow showers. Couldn't leave town w/garage door wide open! Called A and R about 7:30 AM. Spoke to Avery nice man. He said they would send someone else between 10 and 12. 11:50 I got a call saying they would be at my house in 10 min. They came (2 guys) They checked it out, said I need a new garage door opener system. Mine was 28 yrs old!! The guys put a new one in. They were great! Left about 1:30. Nice guys and very efficient. Thank you sooooo much!!!
