However the products themselves are reconditioned and factory blemishes, and the prices for these products are really not that great of a deal. When I compared online new ryobi products were selling at the same price, and often the new items online were way more reasonably priced and I feel a better product. I still like to shop at the stores because of the awesome staff working there, but it's really not the greats deal or prices for factory defects and reconditioned items. When you purchase a new tool online for 30-40$ less then the defect ones its hard to support local business and make local purchases. 5 star staff - 3 star store.
