  Thiele Roofing & Construction and crew was great! They ran into some issues while they were replacing my roof that they didn’t expect. But that didn’t stop them. Jacob was on site for a good part of the day helping to solve any issues that came up! Great customer service!

  Can't speak enough about Jacob at Thiele Roofing! I stopped at their office just to see how soon I could get someone to look at a little wind damage from a couple of weeks ago. Jacob said how about tomorrow? Upon his arrival and viewing what needed to be done, he said, "I can fix that right now if you want me too." And so he did! 15 minutes later all fixed, Plus he also inspected the entire roof and repaired some other spots. Before he left, I inquired about replacing the entire roof system, and shared with me some quick quotes of different classes available, and shared there is still some life left in the current one, maybe 5 years. Wow. . . honesty, integrity, and professionalism like this is hard to find. THANK YOU Jacob! Job well done and we'll see you again!

Great products, great installation teams (roofing & gutter installation) and probably most important, a conscientious, hard working, new generation representative of Thiele Roofing, Jacob. He continually kept me informed during all steps in the process. A very positive experience
