  My furnace stopped working on Saturday night around 11pm. Left messege about 5am on Sunday morning. Call was returned within a couple hours on a Sunday!. Arrived at 820am in Monday as stated. Turns out a switch was just stuck and no repairs needed. Joel didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need and gave me advice to help extend the life of my 22yo furnace. It was old school customer service in a young polite man. They will get all my business going forward!

  Great experience! As the name implies, super fast service, and transparent and fair pricing. Patrick is a true pro, and I greatly appreciate him not only resolving my issue, but educating me on how best to maintain the furnace (and what to monitor). I've never had any gas appliances before, or central AC, so it's a relief to find a company that I know I can count on. I'll be bugging them come spring for an AC unit checkup!
