From the time I made the appointment the communication between myself and Aquarius was excellent. Scott, Jared, Chase and Matt all helped me through the process of diagnosing the problem and then giving their professional opinions on what my options were. They explained in detail what I did and didn't need when it came to the purchasing a new furnace. The entire process, including installation took less than 2 days. I can't say enough good things about the Aquarius team. They have a customer for life.
- DGDavid GarciaFeb 2, 20265.0Our tech Jeff P from the Hayward office provide us an early notification of his arrival and met that within 5 minutes; he was one of the original installers and knew our system which was a great benefit. We were looking for advise to relocate the entire system which he was able to provide but since we just purchased the home, Jeff took a good 45 minutes to walk us through all systems components, their function and then showed all the standard maintenance needed along with describing what the system sounds like when working properly and what to check and look for when not; Jeff was very engaging and we felt we were his valued client. Being new to the area, he also shared some great places to grab dinner when in town. We couldn’t have had a better experience.
