For a 10 family resident.... i live alone........... The guy. before ever even showing his face, and testing my water. Tried to hard sell me this system................... "i service this area all the time, its all the same. buy my 10k unit" clearly needs to be fired, cuz water can be widely different 100 feet away............... stay away from these clowns Culligan. is 3,000 btw.............. and they didnt try to pull crap on me

The explanation of the system post install was thorough and complete. To look at the installation - it is a piece of art. Nice having a couple of guys with a sense of humor as well. The only thing I missed was to have them add a T and shut off on the main inlet line before the softener so I can later move my outside faucets back to hard water.

He told me what he would be performing and shared all the information with me. The results from water testing and inspection of our water system enabled me to pick the best plan to meet my needs.
