  We needed emergency service after realizing that our sump pump wasn’t working. Steve called back first to confirm the visit and set up the appointment. He was very friendly and helpful. Tyler kept us updated on his arrival time, was efficient, and got the work done in a short time. Pricing was very fair. We were very satisfied with the company, and will absolutely use again and recommend!

  We were referred to Young Guns Electric by a coworker of my husband’s. We had them come out to quote on a whole house generator.They were going to be one of several that we were going to get. We had gotten a couple of quotes two years ago and never followed through at that time. After Steve left, my husband and I were so impressed with his honesty, price point, transparency, and extensive knowledge, that we decided not to get any further quotes and go with Young Guns to install our generator. Two weeks later Steve and Tyler came out on a Saturday so my husband wouldn’t have to take off of work and installed our Generac generator. They worked diligently and respectfully while going in and out of our house to get everything set up properly. Tyler went over installing the app with me and setting up the generator on my Mobile Link. These two guys were amazing. We would definitely use them in the future for other electrical needs. A week after we had it installed the power went out while we were at work. It was only out for an hour, but the ease and peace of mind that we felt knowing that the generator was doing what it was supposed to do was worth the investment. We can’t say enough about Young Guns electric. We are so happy that we were referred to them. Give them a call, you won’t be sorry. Thank you Steve and Tyler. Tony & Tina

  We have used them at least twice in the past with great service. When calling today, they did not identify the company when answering the phone, they just said, "Hello". After inquiring about when they could schedule me, they said "Monday". I told them that I am available between 1p - 5p then and they told me to call another company in my area. When calling them back at a different phone number to figure out why they didn't schedule, Steven told me that speaking with me was like "pulling teeth". He said that they are not interested. They always were paid on time. I am not sure what the real issue is but I have my guesses.
