- SHScott H4 days ago5.0They do a great job of communicating when the technician is on the way along with a tracking app so you know when to expect him. Carson C. was our tech today and he was awesome. We have a club membership so this was.an annual plumbing inspection. They check everything, drain the water heater, check the pressure tank, and check all sinks, tubs, and toilets. Well worth it for $10 a month. Carson kept me informed on everything he was doing the whole time. We even got to talk about motorcycles!

BUT their interaction with us concerning our recent "no heat" problem in November, 2025 with our 10 year old boiler was very frustrating and of no help. We have since stopped using their services.
- MDMike DDec 31, 20251.0Next door app was right. All they do is replace things. They dont fix much. Insane prices. Their creepy salesman came into my house and while he was downstairs alone he put these HUGE stickers that are peel proof all over everything that had a fitting or water went through. Irritating to no end. I just bought this house and some creep wandered all over the basement and posted advertising EVERYWHERE. We called in a competitor and priced the work Austin did and they were much cheaper and not creepy. The quote we got for additional services also was much much cheaper. They try to be professional but come off as super pushy and charge for things that are outrageous to say the least. The only way they can come back in is to remove all the giant stickers they didn't get permission to slap all over my basement. I know it may sound petty but I have a really nice basement and now it looks like a billboard. It will take forever to peel these off. Thanks Austin!
- TGT GDec 28, 20251.0If I could give - ☆ i would. Called Austin's on a Saturday 650.00 to come out. Sat here for hours accomplished nothing. Told us to buy space heaters and they'll send us estimates on how much it would cost to fix. Called another company within a hour of arrival we had heat and was charged less then Austin's did. This company is a joke. 4 hours and 650.00 to tell us where to buy space heaters. 300.00 for the other great fantastic company to fix our heat in an hour.
