  1st visit to have all my ducks (ducts) cleaned along with my dryer. Chris was great, we had great conversations making the day go quickly. My house is now cleaner than ever before from some old construction debris to all my fur babies hair, its all gone. The cost was very reasonable. The company was timely getting me on the schedule. Highly recommend. I'll be seeing Chris in the near future to have my air conditioner cleaned.

  I did not have water this morning. Called Austin Plumbing & they came out this morning. Sam was very helpful & knew exactly what I needed. I was very happy with my decision. He explained everything . Thank you Austin Plumbing 😊 Today I had Garrett & he was just as nice & finished the job. Thank you for the great work !!!!

  I contacted Austin Plumbing about replacing a water heater and a small plumbing repair (reconnecting copper pipe to a shut-off valve/hose bib). I shared photos in advance and asked for a general estimate, but was told they do not provide even a ballpark range. The only option was to pay a $104 service fee for an in-person assessment. After the visit, I was quoted $3,275 for a 50-gallon Bradford White water heater and $555 for the additional repair. In my case, these prices were significantly higher than other licensed plumbers I had already received estimates from (over $1,000 more for the water heater alone), and there was no meaningful cost savings for completing both jobs at the same time. The main issue for me was the lack of pricing transparency upfront. Being required to pay for a visit without any general pricing context made it difficult to make an informed decision, especially given how different the final quotes were from others I received. Had I been given even a rough range beforehand, I would not have scheduled the service call. I hope this feedback is helpful to both the company and future customers when setting expectations around estimates and service fees.

  Water heater went bad. Service was great, they came out right away, greatly appreciated that. For a standard 50 gallon tank they charged more than double what the high end of a simple google search shows for average cost. $4,200. Definitely a “take advantage of you” price as I have a young family and could not go additional days without hot water. They obviously knew that. Feel totally taken advantage of. Will never do business with this company again.

  Seth did a great job during our furnace maintenance and electrical inspection. I was notified when he was on his way, and he arrived within the promised service window, which I really appreciated. He was courteous, professional, and very respectful of our home (shoe covers were a nice touch). He clearly explained what he found during the inspection and what needed to be done to bring everything up to code, without being pushy. Even better, he was able to complete the work during the same visit, which saved me a lot of time. He worked efficiently, left everything clean, and made the whole process easy and stress-free. Seth is exactly the kind of technician you hope shows up. I wouldn’t hesitate to request him again.
