  Misunderstanding that I had a pipe break in my basement, I called Black-haak because they were the only emergency plumber I could find on the internet. The young man Andrew came within an hour to access the problem. He was very thorough, extremely kind, and understanding. And he didn't laugh at me when I found out that I was incorrect assuming that there is a pipe busted in my basement. I'm disabled and I can't go in my basement, I was going by some information I had gotten and I misunderstood the person that told me that I had a leak in my basement. Andrew handled everything like a professional. I would use them again because of Andrew's kindness. Thank you Black-Haak for hiring such kind young people!!!

  Phoenix came today for a follow-up on a furnace installation. He was very pleasant and so instructive at a level I could comprehend. We worked together to get a better coordination with thermostat and actual temp in a room with a cathedral ceiling. I’ve had 4 workers involved in the installation and all have been outstanding. When I called to make an appointment, the scheduler was able to pull up pictures of the project. What other company does that? Further, they came the day after I called, a rep was here, called to say he’ d be here in 20 minutes and he was! For service, this company gets an A Plus! They have not only prepared these specialists to be highly trained for the HVAC job, but working with customers as well. I am so pleased!

  The ability to call for service call during the winter on a Saturday was very reassuring when our furnace went out, they got it back up and running, and I was quoted replacement part options, as well as a brand new unit. We felt comfortable changing HVAC service providers to Black-Haak- both their service and install teams were very responsive, courteous, and answered all the questions I had. Would highly recommend!

  Solomon was the best ! He came out to our house on Friday night at 11:30 pm when we had alarms going off on our running sump pumps. He was so friendly and so professional and courteous. A very kind and reassuring young man. He explained everything in detail and showed me pictures of what he did. A shout out to this company for their great customer service and Solomon! I would highly recommend them to everyone.

  I WOULD RECOMMENDED HIGHLY TO ANYONE ELSE TO CALL ON.BACK HAAK MY REASON IS FAST EFFICIENT VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE TECHNICIAN S VERY POLITE STAFF GREAT COMMUNICATION BETWEEN US AN THE BACK HAAK STAFF. EXPLAIN EVERYTHING SO WE W.OULD COULD UNDERSTAND COST AS WELL AS INSTALATION I WILL SAY THE CLEAN UP THEY DO WHEN JOB IS ALL COMPLETE IS DEFINITELY OUTSTANDING AS WELL AS TH WONDERFUL SAFF WE DELT WITH ON SUNDAY 01/25/2026 THANK U ALL FOR THE SUPER TEAM WORK AN THE EFFICIENT SERVICE U GAVE US WITH THE NEW FURNACE SYSTEM AN BEING IT WAS ON A SUNDAY.
