- KCKatelyn Crowner2 days ago1.0Feel like I paid 150 dollars for nothing. The tech came and stared at my furnace and then said what may be the problem with no diagnostic work up on the furnace. Not even a multimeter to test for electrical load going through my switch or inducer fan. Then I was quoted 1300 for a repair that's 4 screws and 30 minute job. Huge ripoff of a company and I'm sure I won't see my 150 back for "diagnostic" work.

They took the time to label as many of the breakers as the three of us could figure out, and Andy's handwriting is beautiful. Anytime I label a breaker it looks like a 3-year-old wrote it, so I really appreciate it. They also answered some questions I had while I was replacing and removing some light switches. Thanks guys!

My mother's in a wheelchair so she doesn't know what the mess looks like in the basement. And maybe they could put our access panel back on correctly. I've only heard good things about this company. But my personal experience is that the job still isn't done and the mess is still there.
