  We were able to schedule an emergency appointment for today when I called with a sudden water leak. Tech was able to quickly diagnose and repair our tenant’s tub drain that had rusted under the tub, leaking into the ceiling. He was knowledgeable, on time, friendly, and had parts needed in his truck. We have a small business, and will be switching to Black-Haak for our fire repair calls.

  Two men showed up at the time they said would here. They were very polite and knew what they were doing. They listened to me as I explained the problem. With that, they checked the breaker box (no problems) and then searched in my garage until they located a GFI that I didn't know existed in the garage. They moved everything back to where it was. No mess no fuss. Thanks 😊

  I called Blackhawk after coming home to a wet basement due to a failed sump pump. Esteban called quickly, have me a decent timeline, and was able to get to my house several hours before he thought he'd be able to. He was professional, friendly, and completed the replacement of my sump pump efficiently. These guys have been crazy busy due to record amounts of rain in the Green Bay area, and I highly commend Esteban for his work ethic during this time of need.

  I had concerns with my sump pump and my daughter recommended Black-Haak. The service was exceptional right from the start. The girls in the office were pleasant, professional and efficient. Mark and his partner were here within 15 minutes and I instantly felt reassured that everything was working as it should. Mark was patient and thorough answering my many questions and I was confident that I had the best person here for the job. I highly recommend Black-Haak and they will be my go to for any of the many services they provide. Thanks so much!!

  I've never had to call a plumber before in my life, but because I've been seeing the Black Haak trucks driving around the Fox Valley since before I could read, I felt comfortable calling these people. I had two servicemen come out to look at my toilet that was having very weird issues. Wonderful guys, knowledgeable, kind, respectful, and professional. They also looked at other various spots and my basement at other piping, and give me suggestions on what to do for other issues they said could potentially happen in the future. Luckily, my fix on my toilet was super easy. I received a call an hour before my appointment start time, they mentioned that they could be there even earlier, which was great because I was available earlier than the appointment time. They got here earlier than scheduled with consent, they were very nice, professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. They were in and out of my house in less than a half an hour. 10 out of 10 would recommend, but I don't think they pay these people enough The inspection itself cost $99, and then they have a various sets for repair work priced. They had to use their professional plunger for my toilet, a few other tools, and that was an additional $99. So yes, it did cost me $200 for a half an hour appointment, but I've seen the prices of other plumbing companies out there, and I really do believe that this company is very well reasonably priced. And that price is reflected on the employees that work for BlackHaak
