Rick came out to my home and took the time to walk through the entire house with me, explaining what I had and helping prioritize which windows needed replacement first. His knowledge and honesty made the process very easy. I also want to give a big shoutout to the installers, David and June. They were extremely professional, worked efficiently, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right. Now that the windows are installed, the house looks great and I feel confident this upgrade will last for many years. Day of installation one window was made too small. Confidence isn't there they will get the remake correct measure twice and make the window and still fail. No communication with my son just packed up and left without doing my window he only heard window won't fit let's go.

Please take down curtains, blinds, or any other window treatments. Security sensors should also be removed and turned off by your security company. Please provide our installation expert with a clear path to the window(s) being replaced by moving anything that may be in the way. It is also advisable to remove all wall decorations from the walls close to the windows as they may fall during removal or installation.
How long will it take to get my replacement windows? How much time should I allow for the installation?
Since every window ordered is custom-built to fit your home and design choices, manufacturing times vary. Once delivered, the type of window being installed and the type being removed help determine the amount of time needed to complete the job. On average, each window takes about 30 minutes. Trim work and cleanup will require additional time to complete. An average job will take a single day.
What type of warranty is available for my windows?

What happens to my old windows?
After installing your new replacement windows we remove all old windows from your property and dispose of them properly. If you wish to keep your old windows or storm windows, please notify the installation crew as soon as it arrives for your installation.
