- CLChele Letourneau6 days ago5.0Chad was our service tech. He was wonderful!! He was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He was also so empathetic to our situation and caring. These are traits unfortunately I don't see often anymore. We had water damage from sump pump issues during all this recent rain. Chad explained everything to us and did the needed install right then. Not only did he take care of that, we had a faucet issue in our kitchen and instead of us having to schedule another appointment, he did the repairs on that as well. We would recommend Vern Kummers very highly and they are definitely going to be our go to for any plumbing needs. Thank you Chad!!

He found an additional issue and fixed it right away. He left when he was happy everything was working up to his standard. Would highly recommend Tom! Great experience start to finish!
- MPMark PaulickApr 13, 20265.0My sump pump had a problem with the switch and float. The pump kept running without pumping water. I did a quick repair and I called Kummers Plumber that night and set up a service call for the next day. Kummers called back first thing in the morning and set up a time. Tom S. came out right on schedule and we decided to replace the sump pump because it was 9 years old. Tom had the work completed in 45 minutes and now we're as good as new. We've had Tom here before for other plumbing needs and he's always done a great job. This pump and check valve is much quieter than the last one. I would recommend Kummers Plumbing for all your plumbing needs.

Cory was fantastic and so nice. If I need plumbing services in the future I will be calling Kummers and request Cory specifically.
