And, one of the windows panes cracked in the severe cold snap that happened immediately after install and one call and one picture sent and they ordered us a warranty replacement right away. Art measured the windows, he noted the style, and the windows he ordered were a perfect match. The quality is excellent and installation went smoothly. Our installer was very efficient, professional, and cleaned up after completing the installation. Whenever I called the office, Sasha answered any questions that I had, and she provided great customer service! One reason the install went so well, Window World provided detailed instructions prior to installation, such as removing all objects on walls, moving furniture three feet away from the windows to be installed, and so on. The majority of the window installation is performed outside, but having these instructions was extremely helpful. I was concerned I would need to remove all furniture from the rooms, so just moving it three feet to provide access was such a relief. I would also like to commend Window World on the cost of the project. Previously, I received a quote from a well-known window company that advertises on TV. That company's quote was twice Window World's price. As I continued to search for a second quote, I spoke to friends of ours who had Window World install their entire home with windows and they came highly recommended. After receiving a quote from Window World, the price (which was very fair!) sealed our decision to give Window World our business. We are so happy we did.

Please take down curtains, blinds, or any other window treatments. Security sensors should also be removed and turned off by your security company. Please provide our installation expert with a clear path to the window(s) being replaced by moving anything that may be in the way. It is also advisable to remove all wall decorations from the walls close to the windows as they may fall during removal or installation.
How long will it take to get my replacement windows? How much time should I allow for the installation?
Since every window ordered is custom-built to fit your home and design choices, manufacturing times vary. Once delivered, the type of window being installed and the type being removed help determine the amount of time needed to complete the job. On average, each window takes about 30 minutes. Trim work and cleanup will require additional time to complete. An average job will take a single day.
