Salesman Rick was thorough and answered all ?'s day of sale & followup calls. He was up-front about everything, walked me through all the steps Installer Scott was awesome! (I do not use that word lightly) Scott was prompt, worked very hard ALL day. Put in an 11¾ hr day over ½ the day worked all alone (all the removal & initial installation i.e. lifting by himself) Scott did a very neat, clean job, picking up as he went. Didn't leave a scrap of anything, anywhere. He gave us perfect miters on the inside corner trim work. P.S. He had a great playlist and kept the sound at a very reasonable level. Thank you Window World for a wonderful experience.

How can I prepare my house for my replacement windows?
Please take down curtains, blinds, or any other window treatments. Security sensors should also be removed and turned off by your security company. Please provide our installation expert with a clear path to the window(s) being replaced by moving anything that may be in the way. It is also advisable to remove all wall decorations from the walls close to the windows as they may fall during removal or installation.
How long will it take to get my replacement windows? How much time should I allow for the installation?
Since every window ordered is custom-built to fit your home and design choices, manufacturing times vary. Once delivered, the type of window being installed and the type being removed help determine the amount of time needed to complete the job. On average, each window takes about 30 minutes. Trim work and cleanup will require additional time to complete. An average job will take a single day.
What type of warranty is available for my windows?

What happens to my old windows?
After installing your new replacement windows we remove all old windows from your property and dispose of them properly. If you wish to keep your old windows or storm windows, please notify the installation crew as soon as it arrives for your installation.
