- TSThomas Sutphin3 days ago5.0Just wanted to say, hats off to Tony and Joey. I had a small pinhole leak in a 70 year old copper stack going from my 2nd floor into my basement. These guys were here for 3 hours and had to cut out over 8ft of the old pipe and replace with PVC. The job cost me nearly $2000 but it was a difficult job and needed to be done. They acted very professionally, cleaned up their mess, and left me with a non-leaking plumbing stack. I will definitely be using Vern Kummers again in the future, but hopefully the not to near future!

From the initial contacts, to completing the work orders, the process was seamless. They are excellent and efficient with the repairs. Their communication was excellent, and they were very prompt in completing the work. All this at a very reasonable price. I have been in Customer Service my entire career, and I feel they deliver Top Notch Customer Service!
