  Everyone I’ve talked to and worked with have been great! The technician that came to our house was very nice and personable, super knowledgeable and answered all of my questions, and he was in and out very quickly. Can’t recommend them enough!

  Really great people. I called on a Sunday a bit freaked out because our septic alarm was going off and I knew we had limited time. They came before 7am the next morning and were very patient with answering our questions and helping us understand the best next steps. I highly recommend this team and we are grateful for their honest support.

  Great friendly service. Ken has been taking sh*@t (no pun intended) from my family for as long as I can remember. He not a rushed man he takes time to talk and joke around with customer for a few minutes after he done. I will keep doing business with them every 3 years for my inspection. Keep up the great work!!!

  They are the friendliest and kindest people. Had an issue with a frozen pump, they came out in UNDER an hour even with all the calls they have been getting due to the cold weather. Both gentlemen had smiles on their faces and were there to help. Amazing small town feel. Thank you Ken! I will be sure to pass along your company name any chance I get.

  Had an issue with our septic system. I called Ken on a Sunday morning and he solved my issue very promptly. Can’t recommend Ken enough!
