  This company is top notch. Recommended by a relative, they took on an addition to our 100 plus year old house with antique electrical wiring and did a fantastic job. They were open to what we wanted every step of the way and followed through from start to finish timely and professionally. When it was time to upgrade our antique wiring, we didn't hesitate to call them back. I highly recommend Star Electric.

  HORRIBLE Company. My mother called them back in April because she only had power to one side of her house. She was told they would be out as soon as possible. They FINALLY called to tell her they would be out on May 30th (A month and a week after the initial call). They came out on May 30th but DIDN'T fix the entire issue. They didn't get her wasjer and dryer outlets hooked up. Or ANYTHING on the powerless side of the house. She was told they would contact her on Friday June 1st. Never did. On Monday June 4th, she called and left a message. No return call. Tuesday June 5th, she called and left a message. No return call. Wednesday June 6th, she called and left a message, then called back 10 minutes later because she forgot to leave her number, and Jeff answered. He told her his boss would call her later Wednesday, after he got in at 12pm. He FINALLY called about 3pm and gave her the same sob story as to why it took so long, as he did the THE FIRST TIME. He said someone could get her washer and dryer ready on Friday June 8th but that it would be June 11th or 12th for the rest of it. I understand that LIFE happens but, maybe you shouldn't be in business if it's going to take 2 months from the ORIGINAL call, and you STILL don't have the issues resolved. I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone.
