- KLKelly LeeApr 8, 20171.0Highly Disappointed with Service After the Sale. We had HI install real wood floors throughout our entry and living room, and new tile throughout our new kitchen. We had one piece of wood in the entry that de-laminated, where the poly finish bubbled and came off. We had them come out to view and ask to replace just the one piece. They blamed our dogs and said the Owner would call; he didn't. No follow up. No service. No answers. No help. WE WILL NEVER PURCHASE OR CONTRACT WITH HOME INTERIORS EVER AGAIN, AND I HIGHLY DISCOURAGE ANYONE ELSE TO DO SO. Yes, they have a nice showroom and can sell you pretty products. But they will NOT service them and will NOT keep their word. It's sad that people conduct business this way.
