  They did the siding on our new build. Terrible quality work, messy and almost no accountability for their mistakes. It’s been 10 months and I am still finding things wrong. I’m taking pieces not nailed, some were installed with cracks. They left mud up on my soffit three stories in the air and blamed it on the concrete guys. I wouldn’t even recommend them to build me a bird house.

  Adam & Finer Points "fixed" an issue with rotting joists and rotting sill plate for the previous owners of the home as part of the sale process. Instead of doing anything to fix the issue, he covered it up. When we tried to contact him about it repeatedly to figure out how we could work together on resolving this major issue (that resulted in a flooded and muddy basement), he never returned my calls despite leaving dozens of voice messages. We ended up having to spend thousands to fix the damage that resulted from his "fix."

  Adam and his team did a great job. They were professional and courteous and worked around my children being at home. Expectations were always well set and met. Communication was clear if there were ever any changes to schedule due to weather.
