They got Josh out there the next day and he was able to troubleshoot/replace the broken spring and set up a new motor with safety sensors (which I didn't have before) within two hours. Josh was excellent. Gave me reasonable/best pricing compared to other quotes I got too. Very relaxed and professional, not trying to push anything on you, just offer what they can do. I will be replacing the doors themselves eventually, and when I do, I'll use this company. Small company (I think 3 total guys) who really seem like they're trying to do it right.
