I asked a simple question. A roof-level question. Nothing crazy. Nothing illegal. Nothing that required NASA clearance. Apparently that was my first mistake. Every response came with: • sighs heavier than wet plywood • interruptions sharper than roofing nails • and a tone so condescending it needed its own safety harness Mid-sentence—MID. SENTENCE.— CLICK. Hung up on. No warning. No goodbye. No mercy. I’ve had scam callers show more commitment to a conversation. Customer service here is like a leaky roof: loud, stressful, and clearly not being maintained. Professionalism must’ve blown off in the last storm because it was nowhere to be found. Roofing expertise? Unconfirmed. Phone etiquette? Fell through the ceiling. Communication skills? Needs a full tear-off and replacement. Vibes? Straight hail damage.
