  My customer experience with BHS Plumbing was arguably the best that I've encountered. Megan was extremely helpful in choosing plumbing fixtures for my new house, all of which were expertly installed during construction. When five plumbing additions/changes were requested, Bruce executed them expertly and flawlessly in a relatively short period of time. What's more, Bruce took the time to explain the plumbing workings of my home with great clarity after a long day of new plumbing installations. Friendly, personable, and professional customer service at a reasonable rate. Many thanks to the folks at BHS Plumbing! I will reach out to them for all my future plumbing needs.

  Called BHS to fix a relatively slow/minor water leak that I had near our house water filtration system. They were booking weeks out which was fine because I could just let the leak drip into a bucket and empty it daily. On the day of the repair… 2 plumbers showed up to the house and were both very nice and courteous. However… during the fix, they broke a pipe off before the whole house water on/off valve so water was gushing into our basement. That didn’t bother me as accidents happen and plumbing can be unpredictable. However, because this happened, they didn’t have the repair parts in the van. So they had to wait for another employee to drive the parts out. In the meantime, they were idle for over an hour (on my dollar). After the new parts arrived, they made the appropriate fixes and everything looked good. They also offered to do a water sample test for me and gathered some water. After that, I had not heard from them for months until finally one day they called that my bill was passed due. Without hesitation, I paid the bill in full while on the phone and requested for the invoice to be emailed to me after the fact. Little did I know thy charged me multiple late fees and an undisclosed credit card fee for paying over the phone. I also inquired about my water sample test and the lady I spoke with stated she had no record of it. After reading the invoice (after I paid), I reached out to them and kindly asked to work with me on the late charges as I had not received any sort of invoice (physical or email). They responded with a “no” and that they emailed me the invoice and it was opened previously. I was quite surprised as I had never received anything in terms of an invoice. I looked closer on the invoice and they had spelled my name wrong and I believe they sent the email to the wrong address. I responded for further clarification multiple times and never heard back. Spending $1,000 for a slow drip pipe seems awfully excessive, will not call again and do not recommend.

  I’ve called BHS several times over the past few years for both minor fixes and larger issues. They're responsive, efficient, professional, and helpful. Highly recommend.
