  Had an issue with an older shower door. I had ordered the part I thought I needed and they made a quick service call and got things installed in a hurry. Excellent follow up after the fact with another minor issue and they worked to get the door sweep that was needed. Thumbs up and enjoy a company that still keeps it professional and carries the expertise you need.

  Very friendly staff, quick 1 wk turnover for a double pane vinyl window repair & estimate was very reasonable The total final cost was even LESS. 🥰 I only wish weekend hours were available, however, I never did ask for any alternative window pick up or drop off times. I guess emergency drop off or pick up appts might be available with a small "consideration fee"? 🤔🤣😂 My window is fixed, and I am happy. Thanks, T & L!

  Had glass replaced on a double hung window. They measure & ordered glass (which came in on time)...and did a wonderful job putting new glass in. Have used them 2 other times. Always a great experience...friendly, helpful and professional...with good prices and timely service.

  T & L Glass replaced the windshield on my Toyota. The installation was done professionally, however there seems to be flaws in the glass. When the windshield frosts up or when the sun hits the windshield a certain way, there are zig zags of lines across the entire windshield. This is not on the outside or inside of the glass, but appears to be in-between the glass. I called T & L to get their thoughts about this, as I am thinking that the windshield may be a manufacturers defect. On my first phone call Kris said I would get a call back from someone at the shop when he gets back in. About a week later, I called again, as I didn't receive a call back. Again Kris said the person that needs to call me would be in any minute and would call me right back. Another week later, still no call back. I called a 3rd time and Kris started telling me how the guys are working 80+ hours a week & he wasn't able to call me back. She said he did say that it is an aftermarket glass and that is the way it is. It's one thing if the glass is not defective, it's another that the business doesn't seem to care enough about their customers to call back and then make excuses how busy they are. I assume with such poor customer service they won't continue to be busy very long. Needless to say I will not consider T & L Glass for any of my future glass needs.
