  We had a whole house power surge and Austin was able to send an electrician out the same day to survey the situation and replace GFCI’s and burned up wires. Their scheduler was so kind on the phone and worked hard to send an electrician both times within days. We then scheduled them to come out again 2 days later to give an estimate to put in 240v outlet and whole house surge protector. Their price was fair and they were able to install both the same day. Michael was kind, professional, explained the job well and gave us options, and did a nice job cleaning up after completion. Austin really helped us when we needed service immediately and before the Thanksgiving holiday.

  Troy was very thorough, professional and meticulous at his job. He has a lot of seniority at Austin Plumbing and explained everything clearly and concisely. Great job! PS: He also went above and beyond and helped us locate our water spigot valves in the basement.

  Seth did a great job. Showed up on time ,assessed the issues and solved the problem. Very knowledgable and articulate. Furnace wasn't working properly. He assessed and found it to be only a minor issue ...the lighter was dirty and causing the problem. He cleaned it off and that was it. Really appreciated his honesty. We talked afterwards and he's only been working in hvac a short time but I can tell he's going to have a great future in the business. Nice young man.

  I recently got a whole home solar and battery system installed by team Austin, and I'm absolutely blown away at the craftsmanship they did. From the design expertise of the whole system from Darren to the flawless installation by Michael and Garrett, my expectations, which were already high based on prior excellent electrical work Darren's team had done, was completely blown out of the water. They take their craft seriously, no matter the size of the project. While my install was the "Cadillac" of solar systems, my prior electrical work performed by them tells me that any size project they put their full expertise and craftsmanship into. Kudos to team Austin, I'm thoroughly impressed and then some. Thank you!

  Pete did a marvelous job pinpointing the issue in our upstairs bathroom (slow sink drain). Our house was built in 1962 & therefore, slow drains can occur over time. Pete explained everything he was going to do (& the reasoning why) & gave us an estimate before he began. He kept us appraised of the progress along the way. We have used Austin Plumbing in the past & we are always impressed with their professional, friendly & knowledgeable service. I highly recommend them!
