Austin was able to send someone the same day to deal with what the other company said was an urgent problem. Their technician Joe did a thorough job and clearly explained his findings and answered our questions. His work saved us thousands of dollars of immediate expense and gave us time to more thoughtfully resolve our issue.

They understood that being without heat, when days were below 20F , is not something that you can be without (to give you an idea, the 2 competitors i called indicated they would not be available to send a technician for 3 days to diagnose). The tech did not try and upsell us; they evaluated the situation in its entirety. They provided space heaters to keep the pipes from freezing within 2 hours of the technician visit, and were able to install a furnace the next morning. They have a VERY responsive, polite staff. Thank you a bunch.

- SSSusanDec 28, 20252.0The work that was estimated was over priced. Correcting the bathroom fan and installing a fan in the laundry room shouldn’t have been that hard to do. It’s a wide open attic with no obstructions. As far as running a line across the basement. I’ve seen the cable guys do it and it’s a straight shot. The cable lines are above the electrical box. A bill over 4 grand and trying to convince me this is really hard work. I felt more insulted and can’t justify spending that much money.
