- MAMemyself Andeye1 day ago5.0Water heater went out ovrrnight and water was all over the floor. I called Austin Plumbing. They sent Luke out. Very profesdional fuy. I also asked if they could upgrade our water softner. He made a call and got both jobs completed in one shot.

Troy is knowledgeable, very personable but most importantly HE LISTENS TO YOUR CONCERNS!! And treats them seriously. You won’t do better than Troy and Austin, and I’ve been their customer for 15 years.

- SSSara Smeaton6 days ago1.0I just needed a well inspection to renew my permit for the outside faucets because the house is on sewer and water. I was charged $800 for a package that include testing the water and inspecting the well. I could have tested the water myself for $21 and gotten the results in 24 to 48 hours. Yet they would only do it all or nothing which still would have costed $99 for the service call. Plus they didn't even have enough water test containers in the truck and had to wait for one to get delivered and I won't get the results for over a week. Poor service and very pricey!!!

Leaving me with peace of mind while my wife is home with the kids. Sam was an excellent technician and I would recommend these services and company for anyone looking.
