Refuse to even pick up dumpsters for weeks on end if you don't pull out bins all the way, and refuse to return them to garbage corrals. Incredibly unprofessional but there isn't a real alternative so they get to operate however they want.

The business asked them to pick the dumpster up because we were closing the business and the guy picking up the dumpster emptied the dumpster trash on the parking lot. When I called to complain they said it was a bill due so they dumped the trash. I didn't even know I still had a bill because I was paying monthly.
