Comfort by Design chose to make it right be installing a different (and better) Wi-Fi thermostat in its place at no additional charge. I'm very happy that they were able to fix my thermostat so that I can rest easier knowing that my cabin's fireplace won't loose heat in the middle of a cold winter night risk my pipes freezing.
