  JD and the crew are extraordinary! They dropped everything to keep our old unit going multiple times. So when it became time to replace, had Dohner put in a new HVAC system. Again they exceeded all expectations. Thank you!

  I can’t say enough good things about this heating and cooling company. From the start, the service was prompt, professional, and very reasonably priced. They showed up exactly when they said they would and did excellent work. What really stood out was their integrity. They had to make a second trip back because a part that usually comes with the equipment wasn’t factored in and they handled it without charging extra for the part or the return visit. That level of accountability is rare and greatly appreciated. It’s clear the owner has poured a lot of passion into building this business, because it shows in the quality of the team. Sean and Shane went truly above and beyond not only with the job, but by helping me with a personal project. That kind of kindness and teamwork doesn’t go unnoticed. Wishing you continued success keep up the great work. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

  Our furnace unexpectedly failed at 7:30 PM on a Friday night while we were away on vacation. We discovered the issue only after noticing our Nest thermostat temperature plummet during a cold snap. We contacted Dohner’s, and they arrived within 10 minutes, getting everything up and running in no time. Exceptional service—we couldn’t recommend them more highly.

  Our furnace went down on a sub-zero night. Was referred to Dohner H & C and they did not disappoint. Prompt, knowledgeable, and extremely friendly staff. Our serviceman was very polite and explained everything to my wife and I along the way. Would recommend.

They showed up on time, explained everything clearly, and treated my home with respect throughout the entire install. The quality of the workmanship really stood out, and they made sure everything was done right before they left. I’ve lived in this area for about 40 years, and it means a lot to work with a local company you can genuinely trust.
