  Been doing business with Hurlburt for years. Recently had our annual tuneup on furnace and A/C. Beca is always very professional, polite, easy to get along with and pleasant to talk to. She’s very thorough, addresses any questions or concerns and simply explains everything that’s going on with our system and what’s going on with the tune up. 5 ⭐️

  Needed a plumber urgently on a Friday, phone staff were very helpful and compassionate of my need. Able to send a plumber out that morning. Plumber was very efficient and knowledgeable,able to diagnosis the problem right away. Thank you for the great service

  Zac came out to my home to review all electrical tasks on my wish list During the time of taking photos & preparing a bid on everything, he mentioned that he was willing to complete one smaller task today while he was here. I really appreciated his offer , as he could of easily said I’m just here to draft up a bid and we’ll have to get an appointment scheduled in the future His flexibility & friendliness was very much valued n appreciated His customer service skills & vast knowledge will place Hurlburt at the top of my consideration list in making my decision I will requesting Zac to return ! He was excellent & outstanding to work with

  Called Hurlburt and received the service call the next day. Kegan, the plumber who came, not only addressed the issue at hand but also gave extremely helpful advice on an upcoming major bathroom project requiring plumbing expertise. His advice is going to save me considerable time and effort. I am definitely going to turn to Hurlburt now for the work to be done in the bathroom!

  Had an appointment scheduled for a tech to come out to give me an estimate on a commercial job. Scheduled between 2:00 and 4:00 p.m. in Eau Claire. I was on site by 1:15 and I called at 1:30 to confirm my appointment. I was told that the tech was finishing up at another job and would be over shortly. 3:00 came and went I called back and was told that somebody would be there by 4:00, 4:00 came and went, I called back a third and final time I was told the tech was finishing up a job in mondovi and would be over shortly, I stayed on site until 5:30. No one showed up and I never got a phone call.
