  As a result of the hail storm mid May, my home sustained damage to siding, roof, gutters & downspouts, & outdoor lights. The volume of claims was overwhelming for contractors & insurance companies, to be sure. Rock & Tait gave me a higher than expected estimate for repairs but reassured me many times that I would only be responsible for my deductible. They finished the work within 5 months & I was very pleased with the results .

  The contractor was on time, and the job was done professionally. Communication was always open and response time to questions was excellent.

  Rock and Tait did an excellent job on my roof and my insulation! Every crew member was professional, clean, and courteous. They kept me informed of what was going on with my project throughout the whole process. My project only had one change order that was absolutely reasonable from some unforeseen rotting issues that required some problem solving on the roofing crew. My project was scheduled before the epic hail storm and completed shortly after it. Major kudos to the Rock and Tait team as I know that time frame for them was insane! If you need a new roof or insulation make sure to give them a call because they will take care of you!

  I live in a log home that has had some softness/rot on some logs making it easy for critters (namely squirrels) to chew holes and live inside. It's been frustrating to prevent this, and frustrating to repair. I had contacted several contractors who were puzzled about how to repair the damage. Joe, from Rock and Tait, was willing to take on the repairs that most contractors would not. Brian from Rock and Tait did the actual work/repair. The repair looks better than I imagined it would. Let's hope the little critters have been outsmarted.Thanks so much Brian!!

  Porch and roof repair. 1.) One employee wore flip flops climbing ladders and working on the roof. 2.) The bid was for entire replacement of porch roofing materials but actually they only replaced 3 items and left all the old materials on the roof, just laying new rubber matt on top to make it appear new material was used. Then charged entire bid price for ALL new materials. I was scammed. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! NOT TRUSTWORTHY! SCAMMERS!
