I own a memory care facility in the southern part of the state. I had gone to several flooring companies and decided to go to Nationwide to just see if I could find carpet that would work with the residents we serve. My thought was to then order from a local supplier in Madison. However the customer service I received from Nationwide had me want to work with no other company. Becca was incredible and very patient with me. Since I work with those with dementia, I had to be very selective with durability, pattern, and color. I would go in every few months, choose samples, take them home, ponder, only to return them to her and say, "I don't think this will work." Since it was a HUGE financial investment, I was so afraid of choosing the wrong color/patterns. Over the course of a year, Becca welcomed me with a smile everytime and encouraged me to take my time. She ordered sample after sample for me. I knew I had to work with them the final time I went in to choose carpet. I walked in and Becca told me she had done some research on dementia and found that if you wear yellow tinted glasses the patterns jump out at you. This prevented me from picking to distracting patterns. She went way over and above to help me. The installers they use have been absolutely incredible and treat our residents with such respect and kindness. They understand their situation and made the install as painless as possible for all involved. I am so appreciative for this company and the kindness, patience, and understanding they have showed us while we searched for just the right flooring. The owners and Kelly at the front desk were always so helpful and kind. So much gratefulness for this crew. Thank you!
