- BRBrett Russell2 days ago5.0Blower motor went out so they sent a technician the same day (Thursday). I declined an aftermarket motor so they ordered me the OEM motor and said they’d probably install in on Tuesday because it wouldn’t get delivered til Monday. Got a call Friday saying they got it in (they must have found one on a vehicle or in the warehouse) and scheduled Saturday morning for install. Beca came out and did an awesome job. The space in front of the furnace is only 15” so I thought for sure there was going to need to be some cutting of the side panel on the furnace but she was able to detach it from the bracket and had just enough room to work on it. I give her props and felt bad for the lack of room she had to work with. She had a great attitude about it and even was nice to our dog.

Furnace broke down a few weeks later and they deducted the Christmas Day service from the overall price of the new furnace. Matt M did a great job installing the new furnace and had everything up and running in 90 minutes.

Even though there wasn't a specific diagnosis, he did a tune-up and cleaned some things out and it has been working fine for the last 4 days so I would consider this a success.
