So Michael came to my home to look at it, again said they never seen it before. The strainers i ordered were plastic or some other material so they were thicker than the metal strainers. Michael ordered the metal strainers for me, which came in the next day. He then came out and actually replaced them for me!!! Couldn't be happier!! Highly Recommend Ferguson!! Thank you Michael!!

They act like they don't want to sell you anything let alone help you with anything. It's like they go out of their way to be jerks and am always more than patient and polite. They just don't get it, nor will they get any of our business ever again. Can't return calls either. They might want to take a cue from their neighboring state that does a much better job, which is why the neighboring states say they get a lot of Eau Claire's business. They don't want our money, we won't give it to them.
