- KDKen DahlkeSep 29, 20235.0Bought a Blanco sink but when draining water it would leave a puddle in the sink. Went back in and told Michael about it, said they never heard that before. So Michael came to my home to look at it, again said they never seen it before. The strainers i ordered were plastic or some other material so they were thicker than the metal strainers. Michael ordered the metal strainers for me, which came in the next day. He then came out and actually replaced them for me!!! Couldn't be happier!! Highly Recommend Ferguson!! Thank you Michael!!

Today I walked into the showroom and no one was there. I found a person in the adjacent office and asked if someone was working the showroom and he said I'm on lunch. When I'm done I'll be there. Maybe if that's how they want to work, lock the doors for lunch and put a return time.
