Seamlessly worked with insurance adjuster and documented all work in the claim process. Crew was responsive to requests, professional, and timely. Although the project was complete in just over two days, the work was precise and met/exceeded code requirements. Upon project completion, the crew cleaned up all debris and left the site in as good or better condition than when they arrived. The owner followed up after the project was done to ensure I received the warranty documentation and was satisfied with the services provided. I will be calling C.S. Again if I have more construction work in the future.
- BBBob BoydNov 11, 20255.0Had the storm hit and do a little damage, but we contacted Chris from our build packet (they were the ones our builder used for the roofing) and he got us on our way. Was out quick and helped us get things going with insurance, and then told us about his way of doing roofs and it was quite impressive. I won't try and explain it, just get him out there to tell you. We got a color not offered during build (not C&S not offering, but the builder), and it really suits us better. I don't want to have to get repairs again, but i know who I'd call. Don't limit them to roof repair, either, as they do all kinds of stuff.
