  Oak Ridge Contracting helped me replace my roof, siding, sofit, fascia and gutters which were all in need of replacing. There communication throughout the job was outstanding giving me daily updates and where questions arised on there end I was informed and given the option to proceed or take time to figure it out without any (up selling pressure) every step of the transformation was very well organized and the craftsmanship was second to none. The finished product was a new modern looking home with alot compliments from neighbors and a very satisfied customer.

  Last June, we brought Oak Ridge contracting into our home for a full basement renovation. Our basement was a blank canvas, which provided us the chance to collaborate with Oak Ridge on both the design and construction aspects of the project. Their focus and attention to detail, along with their openness to our suggestions, made this project a success. The renovation included two egress windows that facilitated the addition of two bedrooms, a workout area, a pool table/game zone, a living area with a wet bar, a full bathroom, a workshop, as well as mechanical and storage rooms. Oak Ridge managed the majority of the work while also allowing us to contribute, which helped us reduce costs in certain areas. The pricing matched our expectations of the work completed. Collaborating with the Oak Ridge Team has been an amazing experience. We would strongly recommend them to anyone in search of reliable, high-quality work. Pictures to come.

  Updating a second experience with Oak Ridge . My 82 year old sister Tina was having issues with a leak in her roof which turned out to be from hail damage. It was determined the entire roof needed to be replaced and gutters as well. She also had interior damage from the leak in one of the bedroom ceilings.The team at Oak Ridge was able to replace the entire roof and gutters and made all the repairs on the interior it all came out beautifully. My sister was so grateful for their great workmanship and speed to get this all resolved. As in our experience with Oak Ridge the cost was very reasonable so another excellent experience with Nick and his team at OakRidge . Highly recommend them ! Kris & Debbie Holm

  We hired Oak Ridge Contracting to remodel our kitchen, flooring, and basement after water damage which resulted in an insurance claim, and we couldn’t be happier. They handled most of the communication and negotiations with the insurance company regarding pricing and scope of work, which took a burden off of use. And to have a knowledgeable professional on your side is an advantage when dealing with insurance. The workmanship was excellent, and they demonstrated honesty and integrity throughout the entire process. Any aspect we weren’t completely satisfied with was addressed and corrected promptly. Fair and accurate pricing, upgrades always came in under their estimate. Highly recommend.
