  Arryll has done an amazing job remodeling our home. His crew has tackled all of the projects we needed done and completed every step with care and attention to detail. So far, this includes: new / functional dormers and steel roofing system, complete master bath remodel, major kitchen updates (custom range hood, backsplash, countertops, under cabinet lighting), many new oak doors & trim, new and refinished wood floors throughout the home. He took on every project we've thrown at him! We really lucked out working with Tier1. Highly recommended!!

  Arryll & Tyler from Tier 1 have done outstanding work for me since 2021. From whole house remodeling to basement updates to window/door install and repair, I trust them and their crew to do it right the first time around. They've always been on time and on budget (a miracle!), and usually do time and materials at my request now, since I trust they're going to do the project as efficiently as possible, and in the way that's best over the long-term. They're honest people, solid craftsmen and have an excellent crew of their own, plus partnerships with other tradespeople. I have chosen Tier 1 for a half dozen projects and counting, and highly recommend them if you are considering a project as big as a new home build or as small as repairing a sticky door.
