  We are always impressed with Kettle Moraine plumbing. Mitchel was fast, efficient, answered all of our questions and came up with a solution on the fly when we asked for our water heater to be elevated off the ground a couple inches due to recurrent basement flooding. We appreciate their quick responses and ability to schedule our appointments in a timely manner.

  I had an outstanding experience with Kettle Moraine Heating & AC. Dan Glinski and the entire staff were professional, friendly, and extremely respectful from start to finish. They took the time to explain everything that was going on each step of the way, which made me feel informed and comfortable throughout the entire process. The quality of their work was excellent, and I really appreciated how they cleaned up the area after they were finished—leaving everything neat and spotless.   This was my first time experience with this company having maintenance done on my HVAC system, and to say the least I was over impressed with every factor involved. The service technician, Damon, was extremely professional, listened to my questions, provided me clear and concise answers and was nothing less than top-notch!! There are many companies available for a consumer for this kind of service work, but all I can say is that I was very fortunate to align with such a great company and to be treated like a customer should be treated means the world to me. Again Damyon was extremely thorough, punctual with the appointment and the next service work I need for my HVAC system I will be asking for him once again. I always encourage people to do their homework and check around, but I can guarantee you every other company will be considered second place down the line. If you want it to be treated fairly with not only the price of the work to be done, but the positive results to be attained – you need to look no further than this company.

  I've been a customer of the heating and cooling side of the business, for years. Used the plumbing side to have a new sump pump installed, after previous unit died. Mitch did a great job in a timely manner. Very satisfied with his work and grateful for the fast service, from the initial phone call for service, to the finished install. The new unit is so much quieter than the old one that died. Thank you Crystal, Mitch and Kettle Moraine Heating Cooling and Plumbing.

  My husband and I would highly recommend Kettle Moraine Heating & Air Conditioning LLC for AC/Unico install. Craig is very knowledgeable on HVAC systems. We have a Unico system and we were very pleased with how Craig took care of installing the Unico system and the AC. If we had any concerns or questions Craig addressed them immediately and took care of it. Craig is easy to talk to and explains things throughally. Craig, and his team, Justin, and Zack are very kind, friendly and courteous people. If you are searching for a new HVAC system or new install we highly recommend Kettle Moraine Heating and Air Conditioning LLC. Craig and his team were great!! Very professional!
