    Couldn’t be happier with the service! Call shortly before 8am about my furnace being completely out and they had Matt to my house by 9am. Matt explained everything very well and with zero pressure. Was able to have a decision made within the hour and to my surprise they were able to have a crew here by 11am! Derek and the crew were very professional and did an amazing job. Thank you for getting our heat back on so quickly for a reasonable price!

    The technician arrived on time, with advance notice he was on the way, including his photo. He explained proper functions of our hvac and humidification systems in plain language and made sure I understood what to do with filters, etc. and when. In total, Paul was everything you could want in a first checkup from a new company, and is a great ambassador for Kettle Moraine, inspiring confidence in their services and maintenance contract pricing.

    Very knowledgeable and helpful technician. I called because the furnace sounded labored to me in the very cold weather and it had been several years since it had been checked out. The technician determined that what I was hearing was due to the mismatch of the furnace to our zoned heating setup, which became more obvious in very cold weather. We had gone through Costco and their installer made a major mistake when they spec'd the furnace, but since the furnace is only 8 years old, it would be too costly to replace it at this point. I appreciated the honesty of the technician and his reassurance that the furnace is in good operating condition, just the wrong furnace for our house. He also discovered that the air filter was in backwards -- something I believe has been the case since the furnace was installed because I always replaced it in the same direction as it was following the furnace installation. I would recommend Kettle Moraine to anyone in need of furnace maintenance and I plan to have them return in spring to check out the A/C unit.

    To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to formally request a review and clarification regarding the significant discrepancy between two estimates I received from your company for a Lennox furnace replacement. I prefer to support family‑owned businesses, which is why I contacted your company after seeing your February 2025 television advertisement for a Lennox furnace priced at $3,999. Following that advertisement, I scheduled an appointment and received an estimate from your technician. He informed me that I would need a larger 70,000 BTU unit, which increased the total cost slightly to $4,145.00. He provided a written estimate for both the unit and installation. At that time, I explained—and the technician confirmed—that my existing furnace was still operational. My only motivation for replacement was its age (20 years) and my desire for a more efficient system. On December 19, after seeing the same advertisement at the same price, I contacted your company again to move forward. However, the new estimate I received was $5,605.01—an increase of more than $1,400 from the original quote. The technician stated he had my February estimate and would update it, but the revised estimate included several additions that were not part of the original: HCC16 charge of $499 Miscellaneous (non‑taxable) charge of $458 Miscellaneous (non‑taxable) charge of $299 These items were not included in the February estimate, which clearly listed a 70,000 BTU Lennox Merit ML296V unit without these additional charges. Given that the advertised price has not changed and the originally recommended unit remains the same, I am requesting an explanation for the substantial increase. I would appreciate a detailed review of both estimates and clarification as to why the updated quote differs so significantly from the original. Thank you for your attention to this matter.     Definitely recommend getting a 2nd opinion if you hire these guys. We used to use them for annual maintenance and in the 2nd year of routine service they told us our furnace probably would last 2 more years and immediately tried to sell us on a new furnace. Before we said yes, we got 2 other opinions. Both reputable companies in Lake Country. Both said our furnace was fine and should last many more years. We are now 4 years past working with KM and just had our routine maintenance done today. Everything is working great and the technician said there is no reason we shouldn't get many more years out of this unit. Definitely felt KM was more interested in selling a new furnace than servicing one.
