Picture perfect. He and his team did well. Each was professional and knowledgeable. Pete and his team found and corrected any and all things regarding my installation of new furnace. Including the rewiring for my new thermostat. They left no stone unturned. No complaints of the time my project was taking. He only said "this baby not gonna win" And he was right! It did take a minute. But he and his team won. Everything worked prior to their leaving. Cleaning up everything prior to their leaving. I am glad I went with Kettle Moraine. They are the best!🥰🥰

He was very friendly, efficient, and took time to explain everything that was inspected and also fixed the clog that was causing condensation water to backup into our furnace. I was very impressed and will be using them if needed in the future. 5 stars and I would highly recommend!

My entire experience in dealing with Kettle Morain, beginning with getting information about a new hvac system from Scott Holpfer to the timely appointment and install process was flawless. I'm very happy that I chose Kettle Moraine to get my new system installed. Excellent people to work with.

They will take the time to explain the system if you ask them to. They installed a complete HVAC furnace and duct work system, Aprilaire humidity and HEPA air systems. Beware the Aprilare does need more servicing. Whenever we had a question, they all have been quick to call back and quick to make ajustments to the various installations they placed in my mothers home. When we pointed out a concern, they were quick to ensure everything was in order. Great!

From the initial visit and proposals to scheduling and installing my new furnace, the process was very smooth. Good communication on the Costco process (from KM) and timely updates on day of install when technicians would be arriving. Install completed on a warm November day, but looking forward to colder days with peace of mind that my new furnace will keep me warm — and be more efficient! Great job by Dan H. and team; they were patient with answering any questions or concerns I asked about. I would recommend KM!
