  We had a new heating system installed and from the estimate to the install was top notch. Bill and the entire crew at Kettle Moraine were great. All very nice and they got our system up and running in 2 days. At the end of the install Bill explained how to run the remotes to the mini splits in detail and we are very happy with this company. I will recommend them to everyone if in need of furnace or air conditioner service.

  Service tech Brett zielski arrived and removed front cover to my furnace but did not perform any trouble shooting or diagnostics to determine the problem. He asked me what the symptoms were and I told him it sounded like the fan was not coming on and I believed there was a problem with the blower/fan assembly.Brett again did not perform any diagnostics to confirm what I conveyed to him and told me the furnace was to old and should be replaced. I found out from another company that universal blower/fan assemblys are made and could have been installed to complete a repair. Brett never offered that repair option to me. I had the furnace replaced at the cost of 6,000.00 dollars and I believe that the 150.00 dollar cost of the poorly performed service call by Brett should have been applied to the cost of the replacement furnace. That option was never offered by Brett or the kettle moraine heating and A/C company. The new furnace was installed on 1/23 by install technician Mike Radliff and his coworker Joe. Extremely knowledgeable and friendly install team. They arrived at 8 am and completed install by 12 noon. Heat was restored to my very, very cold house by the Lennox merit 96% AFUE efficiency furnace with a sealed burner box for extremely quiet operation. A electrician named Ian had to add a switch and remove an outlet which was all completed the in the same day as well. Ian was friendly and efficient. Kettle moraine heating and A/C partners with a company called permit Flow they submitted permit applications, coordinated with my village on approvals, arranged and scheduled the inspection and closed out permits once everything was complete. Found this process extremely beneficial for busy consumers like my self.

  Kettle Moraine is my go-to heating and ac company after we needed both our ac unit and heater replaced two winters ago. We got a handful of quotes and payment options and theirs was by far the best and the service was amazing. Their team is so nice from point of sale to installation and maintenance. Paul, our maintenance technician today for our humidifier was awesome. Wore shoe covers once he came in, was a nice, down to earth guy and he did a great job. Highly recommend.

  After researching tankless natural gas water heaters, I was glad to find out that Kettle Moraine Plumbing installs condensing Rinnai units with pumps that circulate hot water based on AI monitoring of household usage patterns throughout the week. Hot water is available on demand, even in remote areas of the home, during designated periods of use. I recommend the quiet 199 BTU unit that Master Plumber Dave T. recently installed as a retrofit to replace a very old 50-gallon tank water heater. Clean installation indeed!

  Matt and his Team contacted me in advance of their arrival regarding my HVAC replacement. They arrived on time as a crew of 5. They worked with efficiency, and despite the subzero outside, the temperature in my home did not drop 10 degrees. The team removed all debris and Matt instructed us about the new HVAC system and the WiFi thermostat connection. Superb work, courtesy and professionalism. Well Done!
