After walking down the frontage road to the nearest building, I was greeted by Keith who took his diagnostic system to my car. Keith spent quite a bit of his valuable time analyzing the data, ultimately determining an issue with the transmission. He not only called the Chevy dealership explaining in detail my issues but also called a tow company to retrieve my car for repairs. When there was a delay in the arrival of the tow truck he made more phone calls in my behalf and left his number in case I needed any further help. As a women traveling alone and stranded in an unfamiliar town I am immensely grateful to the kindness and assistance Keith provided. He went over and above for someone who wasn’t even a customer.
