I called and it was diagnosed over the phone that it sounded like a broken spring because I couldn't manually lift the door either by myself. I emailed photos confirming it was a broken spring. My vehicle was inside the garage. They had a guy willing to come out to help me get my vehicle out of the garage if needed. I waited until morning and they were here first thing, calling ahead of their arrival. Efficient, friendly, and timely. Would recommend!
