We were having continuing issues with a new Generac generator installed by another company in the area and we were not at all satisfied with the service of that company. My initial contact to a Hometown associate was a refreshing change. The associate was pleasant, informed and responsive to my needs. Service was scheduled immediately and a tech was on site the next day. The tech was knowledgeable, listened well and worked diligently to solve our problem. The fee was as quoted and reasonable with no surprises. We were pleased with Hometown from start to finish.

Jose came this year to do PM on our furnace, which is 10 years old. He was on time, polite, and courteous. He discovered that the capacitor reading showed imminent failure. We understand that when they fail they just fail. We were happy to have him replace it without extra labor or trip charges, as part of the PM. Great service!

They also installed an air filtration system in my basement. Prior to this my basement smelled awful. Now the air is so clean and the space is livable. I would absolutely recommend this company, especially for Jose Rivera service alone.
