- CHChris Leadley & Ellen Hing6 days ago4.0Jared, the technician who performed the tuneup and cleaning of our furnace, was in our home for about 45 minutes. He wore shoe covers. He checked the thermostat and all the furnace components and made sure all functions were within normal working range. He adjusted the gas flow which was too high, and said if it’s too high next time that he’ll replace the valve that controls it. This was half of the yearly service. They will return in the spring of 2026 to perform similar maintenance on our A/C system. Both are covered for the same annual fee. He could have dusted off the exterior a bit more, and turned off the basement lights when done, but Jared did a thorough job of making sure our furnace is ready for the coming winter!
