Installation was seamless. Minor issues were addressed with high level of attention from company owner to techs. Dieing maintenance check a combustion analysis was performed verifying unit is burning as expected. Report of checks performed and test results was provided after the maintenance check was completed. Techs were all friendly, courteous, attentive to cleanliness, and answered all my questions. Follow-up was conducted by phone and email to verify tech performance and see if any other questions arose. Schedulers were helpful, courteous and pleasant when emergent personal events required rescheduling. Delighted in our decision to purchase a Daikin heat pump and furnace from Hometown!
