Somebody was hear later in the day to talk about it, and the new furnace and A/C was installed the next day. In by 8am and gone by 3pm. This included the time that Ben took to thoroughly explain the new system and thermostat to me, and the visit from manager Steve to make sure things were going smoothly. I couldn't be happier.
