His positive attitude and knowledge were refreshing. He was eager to help, already had an idea of what might be our heating issue and went to work fixing the problem. He walked me through the process, step-by-step, and was patient explaining everything. He was in and out within an hour, and everything has worked well since. He suggested a few repairs, but he was not pushy in ordering additional parts or service. Excellent overall service!
- EEEvil Eeyore5 days ago5.0Lost heat on a sub zero weekend. Josh came out Sunday afternoon and got the furnace to limp home while he waited for a part for come in needed to finish the repair. When the part cam in he returned and installed to permanent fix. Josh was courteous, informative and efficient. Mind you, things were a bit pricey, but you get what you pay for. In this case, great service.

Very professional, and the technicians are knowledgeable and very courteous. I'll continue to use them and recommend them!

I found Gabe to be very knowledgeable and efficient and appreciated that we walked me through what he was doing and what to expect. He got me fixed up in a jiffy and I was pleasantly shocked at how painless he made my stressful situation. The valve was replaced and works great! 10/10 would happily recommend/refer/reuse.
